Zoom The days went faster then I thought.I was so so nervous about the cross country. There were heaps of children competing in Frankley school. I was watching everyone until it was my turn. I felt pumped. Since everyone did it so could I.ON YOUR MARKS GET SET GO!!!!!!!!!!! I felt like I was going to pass out.I was in the lead until Kiahn passed me. I came 2nd I was proud of myself. I was congratulating people and cheering for people until the cross country was over.

Today Room 8 and Room 9 went to the art gallery. We went at 10:15am and we came back at 12:00pm. The things there were quite fragile so you have to be careful. It was so much fun. We learnt a bit about Parihaka and we had to do some activities. We explored lots of rooms. On Friday  Room 3 came to room 8 and  we made some news paper clothes. In my group there were three other girls . They were Aimee , Georgia and Bella. We made them with news paper . How you make a fairy outfit out of news paper.

1. Wrap news paper around the person.

2. Give them a wand by twisting up news paper.

3. If you want make them a hat.

4. Make them paper wings.

5. Make them a bracelet

Airzone

On sunny Sunday my family and I went to Awesome Air zone. There were trampolines everywhere . There was also a deep pit of foam. you can swing off a rope into the foam or you go of a swing that was hanging from the top of the roof . There was a piece of string stuck to the swing. A man would pull the string and you would fall off the swing into the foam pit. My favorite part was playing in the foam . I had a great day    

The Smashing Assembley Hosted By Room 8

On fabulous Friday Room 8 hosted the smashing assembley. It was spectacular. We did two songs they are Feel inside And Que sera. I talked in a microphone with Cormac. We introjuced Feel inside. We did jump jam and just dance. The girls did i like to move it whitch is just dance. The boys and girls did jump jam it was so much fun!! My Dad,Nannie,Nana and Gar whitch is my grandfather came. I felt really nervous.

Butterfly Notes

This book is about a girl and a boy and they are performing a song with there violin. When they got ready and they went on the stage they started playing there Violin and the show has begun. Yay!

Opunake

In the holidays I went to Opunake for my Morenanny’s 90th birthday . I saw all of my cousins including Lucy,Samuel,Lily,Jasmine, Eden,Jessie,Chelsea,Koby and Jack. and when i got there i saw all of my cousins and family In the morning we went to a restaurant for delicious lunch and we had a family photo and we had some cake and then we went home and when we got home I pulled my tooth out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reading Goal

I want to read two Tom gates chapter books a week.I want to also read out loud and clearly.

Zoom!!!!! the weekend went faster then I thought.So in the weekend I had a big and awesome cricket game to go to.I got over excited.I love cricket it is my second coolest sporty sport in the whole wide world. I just love cricket !!! Cricket is so much fun.When the batter bats the red incrediball it sounds like someone is  whistling .My sister loves  to whistle. We are playing Westown school we started fielding  and Westown school were batting . Cormac dived for the ball and hit the wickets !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We lost by 5 runs.

Mena's house

On awesome Friday I am going to amazing Mena's house to have a play and to have yum  dinner.

I can't wait to go to Mena's house because she has a awesome play ground and has pigs.

I don't know what we are having for yum and delicious dinner at Mena's house, it has to be yum and be good.

She has too many pigs!!!!! .
