How much sugar is in food

Are you aware of how much sugar is in foods and how much sugar you eat per day. You may like junk food but if you don’t know junk food can cause terrible things.

Unhealthy food:

A king sized snickers bar has 54 grams of sugar in it.
A packet of skittles 1 bag has 47 grams of sugar in it.
A packet of starbursts has 34 grams of sugar in it.

Healthy food:

A banana has only has 14 grams of sugar in it.
A apple only has 10 grams of sugar in it.
A orange only has 9 grams of sugar in it.

What sugar can cause:

Your liver. An abundance of added sugar may cause your liver to become resistant to insulin, an important hormone that helps turn sugar in your bloodstream into energy. This means your body isn't able to control your blood sugar levels as well, which can lead to type 2 diabetes. Which isn't good.


Stay healthy

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables may help reduce the risk of many diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and some cancers. Vitamins & Minerals. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals that help you feel healthy and energized If you stay healthy.




fruit has less sugar than junk food. I want you to stay healthy and only have about two pieces of candy a day. And eat lots of fruit and vegetables and healthy food
